4 その他
(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書を入札書の受領期限までに、入札説明書に示す競争参加資格を有することを証明する書類等を、競争参加資格申請書の受領期限までに提出しなければならない。また、開札日の前日までの間において、当機構から当該書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなければならない。なお、入札者の提出した書類は、当機構において審査を行うものとし、採用し得ると判断した入札書のみを落札対象とする。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者の提出した入札書及び入札者に求められる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札書は無効とする。

(6) 落札者の決定方法 独立行政法人都市再生機構会計規程（平成16年独立行政法人都市再生機構規程第4号）第52条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内の入札金額を提示した入札者であって、入札説明書で指定する性能等の要求要件のうち必須とした項目について基準を全て満たしている入札者の中から、入札説明書で定める総合評価の方法をもって落札者を決定する。

(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting Practice
② not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Head Office, Urban Renaissance Agency
③ not be a company where organized crime groups or their members substantially influence its management or a company in a similar situation
④ have been qualified for the of procurement of “Rendering of service” through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment in the East Japan District, Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal year 2023 and 2024
⑤ have proven to have actually executed a service similar to that within 5 years
⑥ Assign a person with the same practical experience as ⑤ to be responsible for project management
⑦ have proven to meet all the requirements of the specifications
⑧ have the ISMS certification or the Privacy Mark License
⑨ respond to attendance inspection in Japan
