(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Persons under Conservatorship or
Persons under assistance that obtaine the
consent necessary for concluding a con-
tract fall under the cases of the special
reasons within the said clause :
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③ have Grade A, or B level of interest in
"Provision Of Service" in Chugoku area
in terms of the qualification for partici-
pating in the tenders by the Ministry of
Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tou-
rism (Single qualification for every minis-
try and agency) in the fiscal year,2025・
2026 ・2027
④ The person who is not being suspended
from transactions by the request of the
officials in contract
