(1)契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除。
(3)入札者に要求される事項
1)電子調達システムにより参加を希望する
者は、証明書等を上記3(4)の提出期限まで
に、上記3(1)に示すURLに提出しなけれ
ばならない。
2)紙入札方式により参加を希望する者は、
必要な証明書等を3(4)の提出期限までに、
3(2)に示す場所に持参又は書留郵便等(書
留郵便及び「民間事業者による信書の送達
に関する法律(平成14年法律第99号)第2
条第6号に規定する一般信書便事業者若し
くは同条第9項に規定する特定信書便事業
者の提供する同条第2項に規定する信書便
のうち、引き受け及び配達記録をした信書
便をいう。)により提出しなければならな
い.
なお、1)、2)いずれの場合も、開札日
の前日までの間において必要な申請書及び資
料の内容に関する支出負担行為担当官からの
照会があった場合には、説明しなければなら
ない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
を有しない者のした入札、証明書等に虚偽の
記載をした者のした入札、入札に関する条件
に違反した入札は無効とする。(入札説明書、

(5)契約書の作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告4(3)に従い、書
類・資料を添付して入札書を提出した入札者
であって、本公告2の競争参加資格を全て満
たし、当該入札者の入札価格が予算決算及び
会計令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予
定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有
効な入札を行った者を落札者とする。

product" in Kanto Koushinetsu Area in
terms of qualification for participating in
tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastruct-
ure, Transport and Tourism (Single qua-
lification for every ministry and agency)
in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027
3)not be under suspension of nomination
by Director General of National Institute
for Land Infrastructure Management
from Time-limit for the submission of ap-
plication forms and relevant documents
for qualification to Bid Opening.
4)The person who obtained a bid manual
from the person of ordering directly
5)not be the Building constructor that a
gangster influences management substan-
tially or the person who has exclusion re-
quest from Ministry of Land, Infrastruct-
ure, Transport and Tourism is continuing
state concerned.
