(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨

(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に2(3)
から(4)の証明となるものを添付して入札書の
受領期限内までに提出しなければならない。
なお、入札者は、開札日の前日までの間にお
いて、経理責任者から上記証明となるものに
ついて説明を求められた場合は、それに応じ
なければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。

(6)落札者の決定方法契約細則第21条の規定
に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲
内で最低の価格をもって有効な入札を行った
入札者を落札者とする。

(8)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①not come under Article 5 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for National
Hospital Organization (NHO). Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for conclud-
ing a contract may be applicable under
cases of special reasons within the said
clause;
②not come under Article 6 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for NHO;
③ have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacture
of goods" or "Sale of goods" and "offer of
services, etc." in terms of the qualifica-
tion for participating in tenders by Minis-
try of Health, Labour and Welfare (Sing-
le qualification for every ministry and
agency) in Shikoku Region;
④ meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 4 of the Regu-
lation:
