次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(6)入札方法入札金額については、納入に要
する一切の費用を含めた額とすること。
落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載され
た金額に10%を加算した金(1円未満の端数
は切り捨てる。)をもって落札価格とするの
で、入札者は、消費税に係る課税事業者であ
るか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もっ
た契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入
札書に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)独立行政法人国立病院機構契約事務取扱細
則(以下、契約細則という。)第5条の規定に
該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、
被保佐人又は被補助人であっても、契約締結
のために必要な同意を得ているものは、同条
中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)契約細則第6条の規定に該当しない者であ
ること。
(3)厚生労働省競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)
「物品の製造」又は「物品の販売」のA、B、
Cの等級に格付され、関東・甲信越地域の競
争参加資格を有する者であること。なお、当
該競争参加資格については、令和8年3月31
日付け号外政府調達第58号の官報の競争参加
者の資格に関する公示の別表に掲げる申請受
付窓口において随時受け付けている。
(4)電気事業法第2条に定める小売電気事業で
あること。
(5)購入される電力を経理責任者が指定する日
時、場所に十分供給することができることを
証明した者であること。
(6)契約細則第4条の規定に基づき、経理責任
者が定める資格を有する者であること。

告に示した物品を納入できることを証明する

類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応
じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。

(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると経理責任者が判断した資料を添
付して入札書を提出した入札者であって、契
約細則第21条の規定に基づいて作成された予
定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有
効な入札を行った入札者を落札者とする。

Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qua-
lification for every ministry and agency)
in Kantou-Koshinetu Region;
④ have permission to be a general elec-
tric enterprise in accordance with article
2, section 2 of the Electricity Utilitics In-
dustry Law :
⑤ prove that they can deliver the electric-
ity, on the date and to the place specified
by the Obligating Officer ;
⑥ meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 4 of the Regu-
lation:
