Schedules of Specific Commitments in relation to ArtH.cle
The Schedule of Japan set out in Part 1 of Annex 8 to
the Agreement shall be amended as follows..
1. By inserting the following new paragraph immediately
qualifications specified in "HORIZONTAL COMMITMENTS"
between the terms, limitations, conditions and

2. By numbering row "SECTOR-SPECIFIC COMMITMENTS" as

following table immediately before the row.
