evant authorities, in accordance with the
Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, to initiate
business of selling medical appliances;
⑤prove to have prepared a system to
provide rapid after-sale service and main-
tenance for the procured products;

which the Obligating Officer may spe-

(6)入札方法入札金額は、契約書及び仕様書
に定める現場経費等に要する一切の諸経費を
含めた額とすること。
なお、交渉権者決定にあたっては、入札書
に記載された金額に当該金額の10%に相当す
る額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の
端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨て
るものとする。)をもって交渉権者決定価格と
するので、入札者は消費税及び地方消費税に
かかる課税事業者であるか免税事業者である
かを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の
100に相当する金額を記載した入札書を提出
しなければならない。
2入札参加資格
(1)独立行政法人国立病院機構契約事務取扱細
則(以下、契約細則という。)第5条の規定に
該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、
被保佐人又は被補助人であっても、契約締結
のために必要な同意を得ているものは、同条
中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)契約細則第6条の規定に該当しない者であ
ること。
(3)厚生労働省競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格
令和7・8・9年度)の「役務の提供等(賃
貸借)」において、A、B、C等級に格付けさ
れ近畿地区の競争資格を有するものであるこ
と。なお、当該競争参加資格については、令
和8年3月31日付け号外政府調達第58号の官
報の競争参加者の資格に関する公示の別表に
掲げる申請受付窓口において随時受け付けて
いる。
(4)契約細則第4条の規定に基づき、経理責任
者が定める資格を有する者であること。
