(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札参加希望者に要求される事項この一
般競争に参加を希望する者は、本公告に示し
た業務に参加するために必要な資料を次によ
り提出しなければならない。
電子調達システムにより参加を希望する者
は、所定の提出期限までに申込書等データを
上記3(2)に示すURLに提出しなければなら
ない。
紙入札方式により参加を希望する者は、所
定の提出期限までに申込書等を上記3(1)(b)に
示す場所に提出しなければならない。
なお、開札日の前日までの間において必要
な証明書等の内容に関する支出負担行為担当
官からの照会があった場合には、説明しなけ
ればならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札、申込書等に虚偽の記載
をした者の入札及び入札に関する条件に違反
した入札は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した業務を
履行できると支出負担行為担当官が判断した
申込書等及び入札書を提出した者であって、
予決令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予
定価格の制限の範囲内で最低の価格をもって
有効な入札を行った者を落札者とする。ただ
し、落札者となるべき者の入札価格によって
は、その者により当該契約の内容に適合した
履行がされないおそれがあると認められると
き、又はその者と契約を締結することが公正
な取引の秩序を乱すこととなるおそれがあっ
て著しく不適当であると認められるときは、
予定価格の制限の範囲内の価格をもって入札
した他の者のうち最低価格をもって入札した
者を落札者とすることがある。

(9)受注後、本業務における情報保全に係る履
行体制に関する資料「情報取扱者名簿及び情
報管理体制図(別紙3)を発注者に提出し、

5 Summary

duct" in the Kyushu Okinawa district, in
terms of the qualification for participating
in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastruct-
ure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualifi-
cation for every ministry and agency) in the
fiscal year2025/2026/2027(c)meet the
qualification requirments which the Ob-
ligating Officer may specify in accordance
with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
