(1)契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金全額免除とす
る。
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、委託要領に定める運用
仕様書を令和8年8月18日15時00分までに提
出しなければならない。また、競争参加資格
に関する証明書及び提案書等を令和8年8月
26日12時00分までに提出しなければならな
い。入札者は、開札日の前日までの間におい
て、全国健康保険協会事務担当者から当該書
類等に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに
応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札条件に違反した入札は無効と
する。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法落札者の決定は、総合
評価落札方式をもって行うので、本公告に示
した業務を履行できると全国健康保険協会理
事長が判断した資料を添付して入札書を提出
した入札者であって、全国健康保険協会会計
規程第32条の規定により作成された予定価格
の制限の範囲内で、価格要件と技術要件の総
合評価が最も高い者を落札者とする。

③Possess the Grade A in "Service" in
terms of the qualification for participat-
ing in tenders by the Ministry of Health,
Labour and Welfare (Single qualification
for every ministry and agency) in fiscal
year 2025, 2026, and 2027
④Prove to have actually engaged in ad-
equate amount of similar matters proper-

⑤Prove to have the ability to provide
sufficient service with certainty
⑥ Prove to have no false statement in
tendering application forms or attached
documents
⑦ Prove neither the business condition
nor credibility is deteriorating
⑧Being the person who does not take
