ABSTRACT
This paper analyzes the impact of the Internet on the dissemination of music, focusing on the case of electronic dance music (EDM). We examine how digital platforms have transformed the way EDM is produced, distributed, and consumed. Our findings suggest that the Internet has significantly increased the accessibility and global reach of EDM, while also presenting challenges related to copyright and artist compensation.
