participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the
Regulation concerning the Contract for
Kochi University Furthermore, minors,
Person under Conservatorship or Person
under Assistance that obtained the con-
sent necessary for concluding a contract
may be applicable under cases of special
reasons within the said clause
B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C
qualification during fiscal2026 in the
Shikoku area in manufacture of product
or sales of product for participating in
tenders by Single qualification for every
ministry and agency, or in tenders by
Kochi University,
C prove to have prepared a system to
provide rapid after-sale service and main-
tenance for the procured products,
D prove to have the ability to deliver the
products, required by this notice, on the
date and to the place specified by the Ob-
ligating Officer,
E prove to have obtained license for sell-
ing a medical instrument in accordance
with the Law on Securing Quality, Effica-
cy and Safety of Products including Phar-
maceuticals and Medical Devices
F not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by The Ob-
ligating Director-General
