dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①Do not come under Article 70 and Arti-
cle 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning
the Accounting.
Furthermore, minors, Person under Con-
servatorship or Person under Assistance
that obtained the consent necessary for
concluding a contract may be applicable
under cases of special reasons within the
said clause :
② Have Grade A, B or C in offer of ser-
vice in terms of the qualification for par-
ticipating in tenders by Ministry of Eco-
nomy, Trade and Industry (Single qualifi-
cation for every ministry and agency) in
the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027
③ Are not the subject of (a)an order pro-
hibiting them from receiving subsidies
from the Economy, Trade
and Industry (METI); (b)an order prohib-
iting them from concluding contracts
with METI; or (c)an order disqualifying
them from bidding for METI projects co-
nducted under the "designated bidder'
system.
