(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③(3)①～③have the Grade "A" or "B" in
the "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of
product" (3)④have the Grade "A","B", "C"
or "D" in the "Manufacture of product" or
"Sale of product" for participating in ten-
ders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry
and Fisheries qualification for
every ministry and agency) in the fiscal
vear 2025, 2026 and 2027.
④ prove to have prepared a system to
provide rapid after sales service and
maintenance for the procured products.
⑤prove not to be a period of receiving
nomination stop from the contracting
officer etc
