6 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be procured: 16, 21
(2) Nature and quantity of the products to be rent: LED Lighting Fixtures for Shimane University Hospital 1 Set
(3) Type of the procurement : Rent
(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The applicable standards shall be based on the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS).
B The manufacturer shall have at least ten (10) years of experience in the manufacture and sale of lighting equipment.
C The products shall be manufactured at factories certified under Quality Management System ISO 9001 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001, and such certification shall be verifiable.
D High-bay luminaires shall be of an integrated power-supply type, shall be capable of implementing fall-prevention measures using wires, and shall have a color rendering index (CRI) of Ra 70 or higher.
E General lighting fixtures shall be of the “integrated power-supply LED base light type” (replaceable with a light bar offering selectable options for luminous flux, correlated color temperature, dimming, and glare control), with a color rendering index (CRI) of Ra 83 or higher. The same requirements shall apply to downlights, spotlights, and bracket lights.
F EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) performance shall comply with the international standard CISPR 15, or shall have equivalent or higher performance including compliance with CISPR 11 and/or CISPR 32, from the perspective of preventing electromagnetic interference with medical devices.
G The system shall include a dimming controller or dimming system capable of dimming control via wireless signals.
