(5) A supplier who satisfies either one of the following requirements:
(a) A supplier who has proven experience in delivering a construction vehicle (a Cement Asphalt Mortar (hereinafter referred to as “CA mortar”) plant car) that satisfies all of the following conditions:
・The vehicle has been used for CA mortar injection work for the Shinkansen slab track system;
・The vehicle is capable of operating on temporary construction tracks;
・The vehicle is capable of manufacturing CA mortar at the Shinkansen slab track work site;
(b) A supplier who has proven experience in carrying out CA mortar injection work for the Shinkansen slab track system.
