Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A, B, C or D on “manufac-
ture of product” or “sale of product” in
Kyusyu・Okinawa Area in terms of the
qualification for participating in tenders
by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure,
Transport and Tourism (single qualifica-
tion for every ministry and agency)
③ not be under suspension of nomination
by Director General of Kyusyu Regional
Development Bureau from time-limit for
the tender to Bid Opening
④ have registered as a retail electric en-
terprise in accordance with Article 2-2
of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law
⑤ who should have receive the tender do-
cumentation directly
