(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 31 of the qualifications for participating in the Health Insurance Claims Review and Reimbursement Services open tender (or invited tender).
② not come under Article 32 of the qualifications for participating in the Health Insurance Claims Review and Reimbursement Services open tender (or invited tender).
③ Applicants must have been classified in Grade A, B, or C under the “Sale of Goods” category in the Ministry-wide Unified Qualification System for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027, and must possess eligibility to participate in competitive bidding in the Kanto and Koshinetsu regions.
④ have actual experience in the relevant matters
⑤ have the ability to reliably provide sufficient service
