5 Summary

(4) Fulfillment period : 26 February, 2027
(5) Fulfillment place : The places specified by the Obligating Officer
(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: This case will be tendered by the electronic procurement system. If it is difficult to tender on the electronic procurement system, you can submit the attached “Participation in the tendering projects by paper form.” If approved, you can join the tender. Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under case of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under in Article 71 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade “A”, “B” or “C” in terms of the qualification “Manufacture of product” or “Provision of services” for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027.
④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑤ Not be in a period of nomination suspension from the contracting officer etc.
(7) Time limit for tender: Send the amount of tender on the electronic procurement system from 9:00 A.M., 8 July 2026 to 10:59 A.M., 14 July 2026. Submit tenders on paper by 4:00 P.M., 13 July 2026 to Accounting Division, Kyusyu Regional Forest Office.
