③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director of Budget and Accounts Division, Minister’s Secretariat, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening
④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/
