5 Summary
(1) Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity: HASHIMOTO Masamichi Director General of Kanto Regional Development Bureau

(7) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② have Grade A or B on “offer of services” in Kanto Koushinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Kanto Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening.
④ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑤ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly.
⑥ The person in charge of business management of this business must have any of the qualifications listed in the bidding manual and have practical experience
