(7) 契約条項 国立研究開発法人科学技術振興機構所定の契約書による。
(8) 落札者の決定方法 落札者の決定方法は、総合評価落札方式をもって行う。本公告に示した業務を履行できると分任契約担当者が判断した入札者であって、当機構が作成した予定価格の制限の範囲内で、入札説明書で指定する必須とした項目の最低限の要求要件を全て満たしている提案をした入札者の中から、入札説明書で定める総合評価の方法をもって落札者を決定する。なお、落札者となるべき者の入札価格によっては、その者により当該契約の内容に適合した履行がなされないおそれがあると認められるとき、又はその者と契約を締結することが公正な取引の秩序を乱すこととなるおそれがあって著しく不適当であると認められるときは、予定価格の制限の範囲内の価格をもって入札した他の者のうち評価値の最も高い者を落札者とすることがある。

(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Tenderers shall be those who ①not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③have the Grade A, B or C qualified for participating in tenders for the “provision of services” by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④not be currently under suspension of nomination by JST
(7) Obligations of tenders: ①The tenders must prepare written proposals based on the specifications shown in the letter of explanations and submit by 12:00 PM 23 March, 2026 ②The tenders must respond to the relevant questions made by the officer in charge of contracts; and ③JST shall conduct inspections of the said proposals. ④ Please be noted that if it is indicated that environmental conditions relating to the procurement are laid down in its tender documents.
