(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① have Grade A, B or C “Service” (Management and maintenance of building) in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders specified by Single qualification for every ministry and agency (in fiscal year 2025—2027).
② not come under Article 5 of Detailed Rules concerning the Contract for NIES. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
③ not come under Article 6 of Detailed Rules concerning the Contract for NIES.
④ are not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ pledge to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organization defined in the bid manual.
⑥ meet the qualification requirements which may be specified the National Institute for Environmental Studies.
⑦ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the electric bidding system.
