5 Summary

(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A or B or C “Provision of services (Information Processing)” in the Kanto・Koshinetsu district or Tokai・Hokuriku district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027.
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Hokuriku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification to Bid Opening
④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
⑤ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Procuring system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/
