5 Summary
(1) Official in charge of disbursement of
the procuring entity: Yusuke Okumura,
Warden of Medical Correction Center in
East Japan
(2) Classification of the services to be re-
quired : 71, 27
(3) Nature and quantity of the services to be
required : The maintenance business of me-
dical Information systems in Tokyo deten-
tion center and 6 other facilities, 1 set
(4) Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2026 th-
rough 31 March 2027
(5) Fulfillment place : The place will be spe-
cified later.
(6) Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall : ①Not come under Article
70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud-
get, Auditing and Accounting. Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for concluding
a contract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause. ②
Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet
Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and
Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B “Offer of
service” in terms of the qualification for
participating in tenders laid down by Minis-
try of Justice (Single qualification for every
ministry and agency) for the purpose of pro-
curement in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026,
2027. ④Meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify in
accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet
Order.
(7) Time-limit for tender : 16:00 17 March,
2026
