(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures
② Have the evidence of having delivered wearable cameras since fiscal year 2015, and the following documents must be submitted
• A Document that confirms delivery records (a copy of the contract and product specifications, etc.)
※“A wearable cloud camera” refers to a camera that can be worn on the body for hands-free recording and can share video and audio with remote recipients via the cloud
※Delivery records do not take into account the details of contracts such as sales, leases, or rentals
③ Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification
• Copy of the commercial register
• The latest financial statements
• Copy of certificate of tax payment
• Document that described company Career
• Application forms and relevant documents for the qualification
④ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status after the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification
⑤ Not have capital relationship and personal relationship with other bidders
(7) Time-limit for tender : 4:00 P.M. on March 9, 2026 (Tenders submitted by mail : 4:00 P.M. on March 9, 2026)
(8) The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese
