(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
1) Persons or corporations whose conducts have not come under Article 5 of the Public Works Research Institute Contract Code.
2) have Grade A, B, C or D on “offer of services” in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025,2026 and 2027.
3) not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of National Institute for Land and Infrastructure Management from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification to Bid Opening.
