5 Summary
(1) Official in charge of disbursement of
the procuring entity : SAWAI Syun, Direc-
tor General, Administration Department,
Japan Coast Guard.
(2) Classification of the services to be pro-
cured : 20
(3) Nature and quantity of the products or
service to be purchased or required. : Com-
plex type Patrol Boat
(4) Delivery limit : 28. February. 2030.
(5) Delivery place : Contracted shipyard and
other 1 place.
(6) Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures ; Supplier eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall ;
(a) not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause ;
(b) not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting ;
(c) have Grade A to D level of interest in
Selling in Kanto・Koshinetsu area in
terms of the qualification for participat-
ing in the tenders by the Ministry of
Land, Infrastructure Transport and Tou-
rism (Single qualification for every minis-
try and agency) in the fiscal years, 2025・
2026・2027.
(d) The person who is not being suspended
from Transactions by the request of the
officials in charge of contract.
(e) not be the business operators that a
gangster influences management substan-
tially or the person who has exclusion re-
quest from Ministry of Land, Infrastruct-
ure, Transport and Tourism is continuing
state concerned.
(7) Time-limit for tender ; 17:00, 9. March.
