5 Summary

not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Kanto Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening.
④ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑤ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly.
