(3) Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased :
① Electricity of public office building (6,600V) contraot : 2,759,943kWh
② Electricity of snow melting (6,600V) contraot : 1,108,693kWh Electric Power Consultation at Matsuoka-hoyouen
(4) Fulfillment period: From April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027
(5) Delivery place: National Leprosarium Matsuoka-hoyouen
(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditingand Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ;
③ have Grade A, B or C in “Manufacturers of products” or “Sales of products” for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tohoku Region ;
④ It must be a person who is doing the written report as a specific scale electric entrepreneur based on regulations of two clauses 1 of the person or Article 16 of this law to obtain permission as the general electric utility based on regulations of Article 3 clause 1 of Electricity Enterprises Law
(7) Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 P.M. March 9, 2026
