(6) 落札者の決定方法 予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内であり、入札説明書で指定する性能等の要求要件のうち必須とされた項目の最低限の要求要件を全て満たしている提案をした入札者の中から、入札説明書で定める総合評価の方法に基づく計算を行い、得点の最も高い者をもって落札者を決定する。
