(5)調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A導入器材は熱帯医学研究所顕微鏡室(共
同研究室)(BSL2)に配置すること。
B固定した生物試料を用いて、高分解能で
構造の超解像解析および画像取得を可能と
すること。
C生きた生物試料の高速かつ光損傷の少な
く、かつ高分解能で超解像観察および画像
取得を可能とすること。
D高速超解像イメージングシステムとし
て、原理の異なる様々な解析手法が搭載さ
れ、サンプルの形状や組成、厚みや状態、
また解析の目的によって、最適な解析方法
を選択、最適化を行い、超解像顕微鏡解析
を行うことが可能であること。
E設備の障害に対して即時に対処でき、安
定な運用が可能なこと。

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
A The high-speed super-resolution imag-
ing system will be installed in the Micro-
scope Room Research

B The system should support high-
resolution structural analysis and image
acquisition using fixed biological speci-
mens.
C To high-speed, light-damage-
free super-resolution imaging and obser-
vation of live biological specimens.
D As a high-speed super-resolution imag-
ing system, it is equipped with various
analysis methods based on different prin-
ciples, and it is possible to select and op-
timize the most appropriate analysis
method according to the shape, composi-
tion, thickness, and condition of the sam-
ple and the purpose of the analysis.
E The system must be capable of re-
sponding immediately to equipment fail-
ures and ensuring stable operation as
well as the acquisition of live biological
specimens
