(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
A①have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade
C qualification during fiscal 2025, 2026
and 2027 in the Kyushu • Okinawa area
in offer of services for participating in
tenders by Single qualification for
every ministry and agency,
②"Qualifications required for those
who participate in general competitive
bidding and nominated competitive
bidding for the contract and purchase
of goods ordered by Fukuoka Prefec-
ture, the sale and sale of unnecessary
goods, and other contracts (Notifica-
tion No.371 of Fukuoka Prefecture on
April, 2022)", the person who wishes to
participate in the tender must be a busi-
ness item13-03(Building Cleaning
Management) A
B not come under Article 4 and 5 of the
detail rules for contract in the Indepen-
dent Administrative Institution National
Institutes for Cultural Heritage,
C Persons who are not in the period of
suspension of nomination based on the
"Summary of Measures for Suspending
the Nomination of Goods Contractors for
Purchasing Goods in Fukuoka Prefecture
(Notification No.66 of General Manager
on 2002).'
D not have petitioned for corporate reha-
bilitation proceedings or the commence-
ment of corporate rehabilitation pro-
ceedings in accordance with the Corpo-
rate Rehabilitation Law (Law No. 154 of
2002) and not have petitioned for corpo-
rate rehabilitation proceedings or the co-
mmencement of corporate rehabilitation
proceedings in accordance with the Civil
Rehabilitation Law (Law No. 225 of
1999).
E not have committed acts such as
breach of contract due to reasons imput-
able to the contractor from the fiscal
year of 2023 to the fiscal year of 2025
F not have received punishment such sus-
pension of business or disqualification
from bidding from a public institution or
agency from the fiscal year of 2021 to the
fiscal vear of 2025

① have continuously carried out build-
ing cleaning service in a museum in Ja-
pan which has more than 10,000 m area
for more than 12 months between the
fiscal year2021and the fiscal year
2025.
② have continuously carried out build-
ing cleaning service in a compound co-
mmercial facilities in Japan which has
more than 20,000 m' area for more than
24 months between the fiscal vear 2021
and the fiscal year 2025. commercial
facilities.
H Independent contractors with Building
Cleaning Technician Level Qualifica-
tion are enrolled as of December 2025.
