は国立大学法人弘前大学の競争参加資格の
いずれかにおいて令和8年度に東北地域の
「役務の提供等」のA、B又はC等級に格
付けされている者であること,
B・D・E国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一
資格)又は国立大学法人弘前大学の競争参
加資格のいずれかにおいて令和8年度に東
北地域の「役務の提供等」のA、B、C又
はD等級に格付けされている者であるこ
