(5)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った者を落札者とする。
(6)消費税に係る入札方法落札決定に当たっ
ては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の
10パーセントに相当する額を加算した金額を
もって落札価格とするので、入札者は消費税
に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者である
かを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の
100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。

5 Summary

(3)Nature and quantity of the products to be
purchased : Color photoconductor unit oth-
er 49 items.
(4) Delivery period: From the date of con-
tract through 31 March,2026
(5)Delivery place: As shown in the tender
documentation.
(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contractmay be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause.
②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③ Grade A, B, B, C on "Sale of
product" in term of the qualification for
participating in tenders by Ministry of
Defense. (Single qualifications for every
ministry and agency)
④ The person who is not being under sus-
pension of nomination by Director Gener-
al for Health and Medicine, Director Ge-
neral, Bureau of Defense Policy, Director
General, Acquisition, Technology and
Logistics Agency or by Chief of Staff, G.
S.D.F.
⑤Not be the business operators that a
gangstar influences management substan
tially or the person who has exclusion re-
quest from Japanese government is con-
tinuing state concerned.
