(6)入札方法調達案件ごとに予定数量に対す
る総価で行う。なお、落札者の決定にあたっ
ては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の
100分の10に相当する額を加算した金額(当
該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その
端数金額を切り捨てた金額とする。)をもって
落札価格とするので、入札者は消費税及び地
方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業
者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約希望金
額の110分の100に相当する金額を記載した入
札書を提出すること。
(7)電子調達システムの利用本案件は、電子
調達システムで行う対象調達案件である。な
お、電子調達システムによりがたい者は、紙
入札方式参加願の提出をもって紙入札方式に
代えるものとする。その他詳細については、
入札説明書による。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令(以下「予決令」とい
う。)第70条の規定に該当しない者であるこ
と。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人
であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得
ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合
に該当する。
(2)予決令第71条の規定に該当しない者である
こと。
(3)令和7・8・9年国土交通省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)において「物品の販売
のA、B、C又はD等級に格付けさるもので
あること。
また、①②③⑦⑪⑫は関東・甲信越地域の
競争参加資格を有し、④⑤⑥⑧⑩は関東・
甲信越地域又は、東海・北陸地域の競争参加
資格を有する者であること。
(4)当該部局において指名停止の措置を受け、
指名停止期間中でない者。
(5)電子調達システムによる場合は、電子認証
(ICカード)を取得していること。
(6)警察当局から暴力団員が実質的に経営を支
配する者又はこれに準ずるものとして、国土
交通省発注の公共事業等からの排除要請があ
り、当該状態が継続している者でないこと。
(7)競争参加資格の申請の時期及び場所「競
争参加者の資格に関する公示(令和7年3月
31日付官報)に記載されている時期及び場所
で申請を受け付ける。

Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
