5 Summary
(1)Official in charge of disbursement of the
procuring entity : Kengo Sato, Director of
the General Coordination Department, Ka-
nagawa Labour Bureau.

purchased : About 1,694,100kWh Electricity
(4)Delivery period : From 1 April,2026 to31
March, 2027
(5)Delivery place: Refering instruction for
the proposed tender
(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
1. not come under Article 70 and 71 of the
Cabinet Order concerning the Budget.
Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore
minors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
2. have Grade A, B or C on "sale of prod-
ucts." in terms of the qualification for
participating in tenders by the Ministry
of Health, Labour and Welfare, which is
single qualification for every ministry
and agency, in the fiscal years2025,2026
and 2027
3. prove to have no false statement in ten-
dering documents.
4. prove neither the business condition
nor credibility is deteriorating.
5. have registered as an electricity retail-
er in accordance with Article 2-2 of the
Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
6. have to satisfy "the condition about the
coefficient of carbon dioxide emissions
and the situation of the action to reduce
the load of the environment" (Envi-
ronmental Consideration Contract Law
Law No.56 of 2007)
7. meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabi-
net Order.
8. Those who are covered by Social In-
surance and are not delinquent on Social
Insurance premium.
9. Are not being suspended from transac-
tions by request of the officials in charge
of contract
