(6)入札方法。入札は、グループごとに入札に
付する。落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記
載された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相
当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円末
満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り
捨てるものとする。)をもって落札価格とする
ので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係
る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを
問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に
相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)～(2)第1号2(1)～(2)に同じ。
(3)令和7・8・9年度財務省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)において、業種区分が「役
務の提供等」で「B」又は「C」等級に格付
けされ、九州・沖縄地域の競争参加資格を有
する者、又は当該競争参加資格を有していな
い者で、証明書等の受領期限までに競争参加
資格審査を受け、競争参加資格者名簿に登載
された者であること。
