次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、
当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5)調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A血管造影装置はバイブレーン方式で小視
野のフラットパネルディテクタを搭載して
いること。
B術者用の大型モニターを備えており、各
種の映像入力を一元表示できるシステムで
あること。
C患者、術者の被ばくを低減するため、被
ばく低減率が臨床データにより立証された
被ばく低減技術を有すること。
D血管内治療を支援する機能や解析装置を
有すること。
E画像情報の保管及び配信ができること。
F本院既存の放射線情報システム・病院情
報システムと接続し、画像情報・オーダ情
報の通信ができること.
G医療機器としての安全性が考慮されてい
ること。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3説明書の交付本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1)交付期間令和7年12月17日から令和8年
2月2日まで。
(2)交付場所上記2(2)に同じ。
4説明会の開催本公表に基づく導入説明会を
開催する。

よる。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更す
ることがあり得る。
6 Summary
(1)Classification of the products to be pro-

purchased: Cardiovascular Angiography
System 1 set
(3) Type of the procurement : Purchase
(4)Basic requirements of the procurement:
A The angiography system shall be a bip-
lane type equipped with a small-field flat-
panel detector.
B The system shall provide a large opera-
tor monitor capable of integrating and
displaying multiple video inputs.
C The system shall incorporate clinically
proven radiation dose-reduction technol-
ogies to minimize exposure for patients
and operators.
D The system shall have functions and
analysis equipment that support en-
dovascular therapy.
E The system must be capable of archiv-
ing and distributing image data
F The system shall be capable of con-
necting to the hospital's radiology and
hospital information systems, and must
allow communication of images and or-
der information.
G The system shall ensure safety for ap-
plication as medical equipment.
