(5)調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A RALS装置のハード及びソフトウエア
を更新し、放射線情報システム(RIS)、
治療計画装置(RTPS)及び画像保管通
信システム(PACS)と接続し、治療統
合管理システムを整備すること。
B高精度なImage-guided brachytherapy
(IGBT)を可能とするためのCTや透
視装置を有していること。
C高精度な組織内照射(ISBT)を可能
とするアプリケータおよび治療計画装置を
有していること。
D適応放射線治療を行うためのCT撮影を
高速かつ高画質で行う機能を備えているこ
と。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3説明書の交付本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

4説明会の開催本公表に基づく導入説明会を
開催する。

6 Summary

A The system must incorporate the up-
dated RALS hardware and software, con
nect with the Radiation Information Sys-
tem (RIS), Treatment Planning System
(RTPS), and Picture Archiving and Com
munication System (PACS), thereby es
tablishing an integrated treatment man-
agement system.
B The system is required to feature CT
and fluoroscopy equipment for high-
precision Image-guided Brachytherapy
(IGBT).
C The system is required to feature App
licators and RTPS equipment for high
precision Interstitial Brachytherapy
(ISBT).
D The system should be equipped with
fast, high-quality CT imaging for Adapt-
ive Radiation Therapy
