①複数落札入札制度による落札方式とし、
派遣人数の範囲内において単価及び数量を
もって行う。仕様書等で指定する要求要件
のうち、必須とした項目の最低限の要求条
件をすべて満たし、当機構で作成した予定
価格の制限の範囲内であり、かつ、入札説
明書で定める総合評価の方法によって得ら
れた数値の最も高い者から、順次派遣人数
数量に達するまでの入札者をもって落札者
を定める。
②予定価格の制限の範囲内で、仕様書等で
指定する要求要件のうち、必須とした項目
の最低限の要求条件をすべて満たしている
提案をした入札者の中から、入札説明書で
定める総合評価の方法をもって落札者を定
