(5)調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A本システムは、本学における多様な教育、
研究、図書館業務、事務処理等を支援する
ために十分な、性能、利用環境、資源を有
すること。
B本システムの納入者は、大学などの教育
機関(構成員3,000名以上)における全学
規模のシステム導入実績が複数あり、大学
の学事予定、組織構成等に理解があること。
C本システムにおいては、基盤センター内
のみならず、越中島・品川両キャンパス内
にある研究室・図書館等、学内の各所、サ
テライト施設などから情報資源を有効に利
用できること。
D本システムは、本学構成員に対して、高
信頼性を持ち、かつ、事業継続性の高いネッ
トワークサービスを提供すること。
E本システムは、高性能かつ高信頼性を
持ったネットワーク機器を提供すること。
F本システムにおいては、BYOD端末、
スマートフォン、タブレット等からのネッ
トワーク接続及びサービス利用を考慮する

G本システムに導入される全ての機器やソ
フトウェア等のセキュリティ対策が適切に
とられていること。
H本システムは、本学の越中島・品川両
キャンパス図書館での図書館業務を遂行す
るために必要な機器及び機能を提供するこ
と。
本システムは、省エネルギー、省力化運
用が可能であり、運用の自動化機能を有す
ること。
J本システムにおいては、停電時における
学内所属教職員の対応項数が削減されるこ
と。
K本システムは、ハードウェア障害発生時
は無償で同等製品との機器交換が可能であ
ること。

L本システムには、最新のオペレーティン
グシステム(以下「OS」)及び最新のソフ
トウェアへのアップデート及びアップグ
レードを含めること。
M本システムの運用・管理に必要なマニュ
アル、管理者講習が用意され、アップデー
ト後には資料の逐次更新、講習が実施され
ること。
N本システムについて、保守・運用サポー
トの常駐技術者により運用を支援するこ

6 Summary

A The system should provide sufficient
computing performance, environment,
and resources to support various types of
education, scientific research, library ser-
vices, and other administrative services
in the university
B The supplier must have multiple suc-
cessful implementations of institution-
wide systems in educational institutions,
such as universities with over 3,000 mem-
bers, and must possess an understanding
of university academic schedules and or-
ganizational structures.
C All components of the system should be
connected to the computer network to
share the computer resources efficiently
from the information and network center,
as well as laboratories, libraries, and oth-
er campus facilities in both campuses
(Shinagawa and Etchujima) of the univer-

D The system should provide network
services which should be highly reliable
and have high-level business continuity.
E The system should provide network
equipment with high performance and re-
liability
F The system should support network
connectivity and service use on BYOD
devices, smartphones, tablets, and other
similar devices.
G The system (both on hardware and
software) should ensure high-level secu-
rity.
H The system should include a library
information and management system for
performing library work over both cam-
puses
I The system should include considera-
tion for labor-saving and energy-saving
management methods and include auto-
matic operation and backup functions.
J The system should reduce the required
work of faculty and staff in the event of a
power outage.
K The system should provide free re-
placement of equipment with equivalent
products in the event of a hardware fail-
ure.
L The system should include updates and
upgrades to the latest operating system
and software
M The system should be equipped with
manuals, documents, and training courses
needed for operating the entire system,
and they should be updated in accordance
with the system updates.

site technicians who will provide mainte-
nance and operational support
