次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(6)入札方法落札決定に当たっては、入札書
に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセント
に相当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1
円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を
切り捨てるものとする。)をもって落札価格と
するので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税
に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者である
かを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の
100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
(7)電子調達システムの利用本件は、入開札
手続を電子調達システムで行う対象案件であ
る。ただし、電子入札によりがたい者は、事
前に承諾を得て紙入札方式に代えることがで
きる。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和07・08・09年度最高裁判所競争参加資
格(全省庁統一資格)の「役務の提供等」に
おいて、A又はB等級に格付けされ、関東・
甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者で、本
入札公告の清掃業務と同等以上の仕様の清掃
業務をした実績を証明できる者,
(4)上記2(3)の資格の申請の時期及び場所は、
全省庁統一資格申請の方法による。
(5)開札時において、最高裁判所から指名の対
象外とすることを定める措置を受けていない
こと。
(6)その他予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に
基づき、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を
有する者であること。

(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨。

(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争入
札に参加を希望する者は、入札説明書の交付
を受け、本公告に示した調達内容を完全に履
行できることを証明する書類を令和8年1月
21日午後5時00分までに提出した上で、入札
書を受領期限までに提出しなければならな
い。
入札者は、開札日の前日までの間において、
支出負担行為担当官から当該書類に関し説明
を求められた場合は、これに応じなければな
らない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書及び裁判所における入札に関する条件に違
反した入札は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要。
(6)落札者の決定方法入札説明書の交付を受
け、本公告に示した調達内容を完全に履行で
きると支出負担行為担当官が判断しうる資料
を事前に提出した上で入札書を提出した入札
者であって、予算決算及び会計令第79条の規
定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範
囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った
入札者を落札者とする。ただし、落札者とな
るべき者の入札価格によっては、その者によ
り当該契約の内容に適合した履行がなされな
いおそれがあると認められるとき、又はその
者と契約を締結することが公正な取引の秩序
を乱すこととなるおそれがあって著しく不適
当であると認められるときは、予定価格の制
限の範囲内の価格をもって入札した他の者の
うち最低の価格をもって入札した者を落札者
とすることがある。

record of experience of equivalent or su-
perior cleaning service to the case of this

cation for every ministry and agency; ⑤
have not received suspension of designated
contractor status from the Supreme Court
at the time of the opening of bids; and⑥
