次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(6)入札方法落札決定にあたっては、入札書
に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセント
に相当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1
円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を
切り捨てるものとする。)をもって落札金額と
するので、入札者は消費税に係る課税事業者
であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積
もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額
を入札書に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること、なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)契約担当官等から指名停止の措置を受けて
いる期間中の者でないこと。
(4)令和7年度有効の全省庁統一競争参加資格
「物品の販売」の「A」、「B」、「C」又は「D」
の格付を保有し、北海道地域に競争参加資格
を有する者であること。
(5)上記1(3)の調達件名の特質等に合致した購
入物品及び数量を確実に納入し得ることを証
明できる者であること。

(6)日本国内で調達物品の検査を行うため、日
本国内に検査設備及び要員等を確保でき、分
任契約担当官の実施する検査の立会に応じら
れる者であること。
(7)暴力団関係者の排除都道府県警察から暴
力団関係業者として防衛省が発注する物品等
の契約から排除するよう要請があり、当該状
態が継続している者でないこと。

制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行なった入札者を落札者とする。

those who shall:
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③Participations must not be currently
under suspension of tender by contract
officer, etc
④Have Grade A, B, C or D in terms of
the qualification for participating in ten-
ders by Ministry of Defense (Single quali-
fication for every ministry and agency) in
the fiscal vears2025/2026/2027
⑤ Those who can certify that they should
deliver contracted amount of goods
which must meet requirement listed in a
public announcement on procurement

personnel available in Japan at an inspec-
