4その他
(1)入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及
び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金全額免除す
る。
(3)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札及び入札に関する条件に
違反した入札は無効とする。
(4)契約書作成の要否要する.
(5)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で、最低価格をもって有効な入
札を行った者を落札者とする。
ただし、予算決算及び会計令第85条による
基準を適用するので、入札執行責任者は入札
の結果を保留する場合がある。この場合、入
札参加者は当所の行う事情聴取等の調査に協
力しなければならない。
また、調査の結果によっては、予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低の価格をもって有効な入
札をした者であっても落札者とならないこと
がある。

(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, Mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under assistance that obtained the
consent necessary for concluding a con-
tract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③Have Grade A, B or C in "Provision of
services etc." (Building management and
other maintenance/management ope-
rations) in terms of the qualification for
participating in tenders by Organizations
in the Chugoku area related to the Minis-
try of Finance (Single qualification for
every ministry and agency) in the fiscal
vears 2025, 2026, and 2027.
④ Have not received suspension of de-
signated contractor status, etc. from any
ministry or agency (including person spe-
cially qualified by officials in charge of
disbursement of the procuring entity).
⑤Not those who are judged to be in-
appropriate as the other party to a con-
tract on account of having violated any
of the clauses of contract and illegal or
unfair act previously made with an offi-
cial in charge of any of the relevant local
bureaus, or branch bureaus, or divisions,
offices.
⑥Meet the qualification requirements

trustworthiness is deemed not to have
significantly deteriorated and whose
proper performance of a contract can be
