次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので,
当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5)調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A放射線治療部位を決定し、正確な方向
照射線量で照射するための計画立案を3次
元的に行い、病巣に放射線を照射すること
により、腫瘍組織の破壊及び浸潤を防止す
るシステムで、本体に内蔵のCT撮影機能
により照射位置の照合を行うこと。
B放射線治療装置から出力されるX線の基
礎データの取得や、定期的、日常的な治療
装置の品質管理、治療行為の品質保証を行
うための放射線測定機器であること。
C放射線治療に伴い生じる画像及び照射情
報の一括管理を行うためのシステムを有
し、既設の部門システムと連携すること。
D高知大学が用意した設備(電気設備等)
以外に必要となる設備がある場合は、高知
大学と協議し、その指示に従い、費用は本
調達に含むものとする。また、配線工事等
において必要となる関連機器及び関連用品
は、本調達に含むものとする。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3説明書の交付本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1)交付期間令和7年12月11日から令和8年
1月26日まで。
(2)交付場所上記2(2)に同じ。
4説明会の開催本公表に基づく導入説明会を
開催する。

6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A This system that determines the radia
tion treatment site and performs three-
dimensional treatment planning so that
irradiation is delivered from the correct
directions and with the correct dose, the-
reby irradiating the lesion to destroy
tumor tissue and prevent its invasion
This system shall be capable of verifying
the irradiation position by means of a CT
imaging function built into the main unit.
B Radiation measurement equipment
used to acquire basic beam data of the
X-ray output from the radiation therapy
unit, to perform periodic and daily qual-
ity control of the treatment unit, and to
provide quality assurance of radiot-
herapy.
C This system shall provide integrated
management of images and irradiation
information generated in association
with radiation therapy and shall be ca
pable of interfacing with the existing de-
partmental information systems.
D If there are any additional facilities
(electrical equipment, etc.) required other
than those provided by Kochi University
consult with Kochi University and follow
their instructions, and the cost will be in-
cluded in this procurement. In addition
related equipment and related supplies
required for wiring work, etc. shall be in-
cluded in this procurement.
