次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(5)需要場所入札説明書による。
(6)入札方法入札金額は、各社において設定
するガス契約に対する単一の単価(月額)及
び使用量に対する単価(同一月における時間
帯別単価においては、それぞれ単一のものと
する。)を根拠とし、本事業団が提示する予定
使用量の対価とし、その単価には本契約にか
かるその他一切の費用を含むものとする。な
お、落札者の決定に当たっては、入札書に記
載された金額に当該金額の10%に相当する額
を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の端数
があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるも
のとする。)をもって落札価格とするので、入
札者は消費税及び地方消費税にかかる課税事
業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、
見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する
金額を入札書に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)事業団会計規程第25条及び26条の規定に該
当しない者。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は
被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な
同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由が
ある場合に該当する。
(2)文部科学省関係機関において取引停止又は
指名停止の処分を受けている期間中でない
者。
(3)国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)にお
いて令和8年度『物品の販売』のA、B又は
Cの等級に格付けされている者,
(4)事業団の定める事前提出書類を期限までに
提出し、必要な要件を満たすことを証明した

場合は応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。

第1項に基づき作成された予定価格の制限の
範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行っ
た者を落札者とする。

(5)Fulfillment place: As in the tender manu-
al
(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① not come under Article 25 and 26 of the
Accounts official regulations of PMAC.
Furthermore, minors, Person under Con-
servatorship or Person under Assistance
that obtained the consent necessary for
concluding a contract may be applicable
under cases of special reasons within the
said clause
②not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by the ob-
ligating officer.
③have the Grade A, B or C "Sales of
product" in terms of the qualification for
participating in tender by every ministry
and agency of Japan in the fiscal years
2026
④ prove to have met the qualification re-
quirements which the PMAC specify
(7)Time-limit of tender:2:30PM,30Janu-
