(3)Nature and quantity of the services to be
required : Worker dispatch contract of FY
2026—FY 2028, 1 set
(4)Contract period: From the day after con-
tract date through 31st March, 2029
(5) Delivery place: As in tender documen-
tation
(6)Qualification for participating in the
tender procedures:
①Not come under Article 5 of Practice
Rules of Contract. Furthermore, minors,
Person under Conservatorship or Person
under Assistance that obtained the con-
sent necessary for concluding a contract
may be applicable under cases of special
reasons within the said clause
②Have Grade A both in "provision of
service", in terms of the qualification for
participating in the fiscal years 2025
2026, and 2027.
③ Have not received suspension of de-
signated contractor status, etc. from any
ministry or agency.
④ The company must be a licensed di-
spatching employer under Article5, Pa-
ragraph 1 of the "Act on Securing the
Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching
Businesses and Protecting Dispatched
Workers' (Act No.88).
⑤ The company (the dispatching em-
ployer) must be certified as an excellent
temporary staffing agency under the Mi-
nistry of Health, Labour and Welfare's
"The Excellent Temporary Work Agen-
cies Certification System".
⑥ The dispany (the dispatching em-
ployer) must be certified under ISO27001
(ISMS) or the Privacy Mark program ad-
ministered by "Japan Institute for Promo-
tion of Digital Economy and Community'
(JIPDEC).
(7)Time-limit for the tender:3p.m. 6th Feb-
ruary,2026(sending by mail : no later than
6th February, 2026)
(8) Time-limit for the submission of relevant
documents for the qualification : 20th Janu-
ary,2026
