次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(1)品目分類番号75
(2)購入等件名及び数量庁舎清掃業務一式
(3)調達案件の仕様等入札説明書による。

(6)入札方法落札決定に当たっては、入札書
に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセント
に相当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1
円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を
切り捨てるものとする。)をもって落札価格と
するので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税
に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者である
かを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の
100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2競争参加資格等
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和07・08・09年度最高裁判所競争参加資
格(全省庁統一資格)の「役務の提供等」に
おいて、A又はB等級に格付けされ、関東・
甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者である
こと。
(4)上記2(3)の資格の申請の時期及び場所は、
全省庁統一資格申請の方法による.
(5)開札時において、最高裁判所から指名の対
象外とすることを定める措置を受けていない
こと。

(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除。
(3)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書及びその他入札の条件に違反した入札書は
無効とする。
(4)契約書作成の要否要。
(5)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った入札者を落札者とする。

ding procedures: Suppliers eligible for par-
ticipating in the proposed bid are those who
shall;①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabi
net Order Concerning the Budget, Auditing
and Accounting (however, minors, persons
under curatorship, or persons under assis-
tance who obtained the consent necessary
for concluding a contract may be applicable
to the status of special reasons within the
said article);②not apply to Article71
of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order;
③have Grade A or B in Offering Service
classification in terms of the qualification
for participating in bids required by the Su-
preme Court (single qualification for every
ministry and agency) in the fiscal years
2025, 2026 and 2027 and meet the qualifica-
tion for participating in bids within Kanto-
Koshinetsu region;④The time and place of
application for the qualification of 3 shall
be in the manner of application for single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
cy ; and ⑤have not received suspension of
designated contractor status from the Su-
preme Court at the time of the opening of
bids
