(5)調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A「独立行政法人等の保有する個人情報の
保護に関する法律」(令和元年9月14日施
行)、厚生労働省「医療情報システムの安
全管理に関するガイドライン」(第6版(令
和5年5月)以降で、稼働時における最新
版)及び総務省及び経済産業省「医療情報
を取り扱う情報システム・サービスの提供
事業者における安全管理ガイドライン」(第
2,0版(令和7年3月)以降で、稼働時に
おける最新版)に準拠し、個人情報保護の
ために必要な運用がある場合は提示するこ
と。
B令和10年度に稼働予定の新総合医療情報
システムを中心とした、院内の医療情報シ
ステム、教育・研究用ネットワークの統合
基盤となる大容量・高速ネットワークであ
ること。
C新興・再興感染症の拡大及び自然災害の
発生に際しても、外部ネットワーク及び論
理的に分割された内部のサブネットワーク
間のセキュアな通信を実現することによ
り、院外でも院内と同様に業務可能なネッ
トワークであること。
D通信データ、屋内位置データ及び院内の
多種多様なデータを収集するセンシング
ネットワークであること。
E収集したデータを機械学習も活用して分
析することにより、通信及び接続端末の制
御を自動化し、ネットワーク管理・防御の
省力化と高度化を実現すること。
F収集したデータに対して機械学習による
分析及び拡張現実感による可視化を行うこ
とにより、利用者の行動分析、自動案内及
び設備・環境の自動監視を実現すること,
G院内・院外ともシームレスに接続する音
声・情報通信基盤を提供すること。
H現在院内で使用しているPHSを継続し
て利用可能であると共に、データ通信が可
能な移動体音声通信環境を提供すること。

品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

with the latest "Guideline for Safety Man-
agement of Medical Information Sys-
tem", by Ministry of Health, Labor and
Welfare, Japan, with the latest "Guideline
for Safety Management of Information
System and Service Providers Dealing
with Medical Information" by Ministry of
Internal Affairs and Communications and
Ministry of Economy, Trade and Indus-
try. Provide list of required operations to
ensure personal information protection, if
any.
BProvide large-capacity, high-speed net-
work that serves an integrated platform
for medical information systems and edu-
cational/research networks, centered on
the new Integrated Hospital Information
System scheduled to start operation in
fiscal year 2028.
C Provide network that enable telework
ing by realizing secure communication
between the external network and the lo-
gically divided internal sub-network in
the event of the spread of emerging/re-
emerging infectious diseases and the oc-
currence of natural disasters.
D Provide sensing network collecting co-
mmunication data, indoor position data
and several data in the hospital.
E Realize labor saving and sophisticated
network management/defense by ana-
lyzing collected data using machine lear-
ning to automate the control of communi-
cation and connection terminals.
