次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、
当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5)調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件本
システムはICT/情報基盤センター、図書
館など学内の各部局の利用に供するものであ
る。それぞれの部局ではコンピュータを学内
ネットワークに接続して利用するため、ネッ
トワークとの相互運用性及び冗長性について
最大限の配慮をはらうものとする。納入機器
の規格は、国際標準、JIS等の国内規格及
び業界標準に則したものであり、ネットワー
クを介して相互に資源の共有、機能の補完を
行うことができるものとする。本システムは、
1ネットワークシステム:学内ネットワーク
の通信を制御、監視するシステム、2運用支
援システム:ユーザ管理や統合認証、セキュ
リティ対策等の機能より構成されるシステ
ム、3ポータルシステム:利用する全ての学
生及び教職員の入口となるWebサイトであ
り、本学に係る情報等の共有を可能にするシ
ステム、4教育研究支援システム:教職員・
学生等がWebや端末を介して学内の情報を
利用するシステム、5図書館システム:図書
館業務及び利用者への情報サービスが行える
システム、の5つのサブシステムから構成さ
れる。また、各システムにおける機器故障及
び機能の動作不全に対して、速やかに対処・
復旧できる保守体制を有する。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3説明書の交付本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

4説明会の開催本公表に基づく導入説明会を
開催する。

6 Summary

(4)Basic requirements of the procurement:
The Information Processing System offers
services to the Center of Information for
Communication Technology, the Library,
and other divisions of Tokyo Gakugei Uni-
versity. Since the computers in each divi-
sion are connected to the intranet of Tokyo
Gakugei University, it is essential to secure
mutual compatibility of the subsystems and
sufficient levels of redundancy within the
network. All the equipments supplied
should meet the international standards, Ja-
pan's domestic standards such as JIS (Ja-
panese Industrial Standard), and other de-
facto standards of the computer industry. It
is also required that the system be able to
handle and share multiple resources and
that their functions be complemented via
the network. The Information Processing
System consists of the following five sub-
systems:1Network System, which con-
trols and monitors communications withir
the network;2Operational Support Sys-
tem, which provides such functions as user
management, integrated authentication.
and security measures;3 Portal System, a
website that serves as an entrance for all
students and faculty members who use the
system, and enables sharing of information
related to the university;4Campus Infor-
mation System, which operates on the Web
and enables students and faculties to access
the campus information ;5Library System,
which will be used by library staff and
users. It is essential that adequate mainte-
nance and repair services be provided to en-
sure immediate recovery in case of failure
or malfunction of any equipments in each
system at any time
